With over 15 years’ experience leading and scaling client-facing operations across healthcare, training, professional services, and SME environments, I bring a strong commercial and operational perspective to the boardroom.

My career has been built on aligning strategy with delivery—ensuring growth ambitions are supported by robust operating models, clear accountability, and an exceptional client experience. As a Non-Executive Director, I provide independent, objective challenge while keeping commercial reality front and centre.

I have held senior leadership roles with full P&L accountability, led multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams, and overseen complex client portfolios in regulated and fast-growth environments. This hands-on experience allows me to quickly identify operational risk, inefficiency, and missed opportunity, while supporting executive teams to build scalable structures that improve performance, retention, and profitability. I am particularly experienced in sales-to-service alignment, client journey design, and CRM-driven decision making—areas that often determine whether growth is sustainable or fragile.

What differentiates me as a Non-Executive Director is my ability to combine strategic oversight with a deep understanding of how businesses actually operate day to day. I am not involved in the operational running of the business, but I know where to probe, what to question, and how to support leadership teams with clarity and confidence.
